Either change the file extension from .ppt to .pps. Or, when your finished
editing do a Save As, and from the "Save as type" options select PowerPoint show
(.pps) That said, when you send your presentation by email, all linked files
like movies, sounds have to be sent also, as they are not embedded. Also, the
recipient must have either the full version of PowerPoint or the free PowerPoint
viewer installed on their computer to see your creation.
