Slow performance

When clicking on new email the "requesting data from
microsoft exchange server" window opens and outlook hangs
untill requested data is retrived. I have loaded sp1, sp2
and every other patch/update I can find.

I'm experiencing the exact same problem. I have checked
with co-workers whose accounts run on the same server,
and they do not appear to be experiencing this problem.
I'm running Outlook 2002 on WinXP SP1. All updates for
Outlook/Office are currently installed with no change.
