Slow Preview

When I change from one email to the next it takes a
noticable amount of time for the newly selected email to
appear in the preview pane. have tried changing the
delay from unread to read from the default 5 seconds to 3
but there was no change.

Try disabling the integration with Instant Messenger in
Tools | Options |
Other and see if that speeds things up.
