Slow responce from Project Web Access?

Hi All, I have three production MSP 2007 instances and three dev/test
instances. All six instances are quite slow to responde to an initial
request for project web access. If I click on a favorite link to PWA or
enter the address manually, once I hit enter it taks up to 20 seconds for the
main PWA page to load. After it loads once it will load in 1-2 seconds
everytime there after but the inital load after being away from the page for
10+ minites goes at a snales page. I hahve not had this problem in MSP 2003
PWA.

Anyone else have very slow load times on PWA hope page when accessed for the
first time in 10+ minites?
