When I try to open a file in word, it take about 10 seconds from the time the
document appears on the screen befor I can start to edit it. I am running AVG
anti-virus, so the problem is not norton. If I disable my network connection
it will open local docs ok. Excel does not have this problem. And all my
network drives are available when the connection is enabled. Other machines
on my network do not have this problem.
