SLOW shut down and reboot

I have to click two times on either shutdown or reboot, any fixes both
are very slow in reaction time . I'll go to start and select shutdown
select shutdown and wait then I have to repeat the process before my
machine will respond the same for reboot

This forum is for MS Access - the database software. You may want to check
the appropriate newsgroup related to your operating system.

There are known shut down issues with various Windows versions. Do a
knowledgebase search on "shut down" on MS site.
