Slow Startup

I have noticed over the last few months that Outlook 2002
takes a number of minutes to open (3-4 mins). Once it is
open it runs fine, then downloads mail from the mail
servers very quickly. All other Office Applications start
up fine.

I am running on Win XP Home, I beleive I have all the
latest updates for Windows and Office XP.

How can I speed up the Outlook startup?
