In my mail settings, I have to check on the server
page "My server requires authentication." I was on the
web mail site with my password and email account, so I
know I have that information accurately. I was also on
the phone with my ISP who also reported that I have the
information correct.
When Outlook sends and receives, it puts an error up that
says the SMTP server reports the wrong username or
password.
I have deleted the mail account and recreated it to fix
it, but the problem remains.
Any ideas?
