Besides that, there are several low-cost or free options but you will not be
able to edit the resultant file. My fav is PrimoPDF (www.primopdf.com). Free
and does a decent job - unless you want a banner. (Still working on that
issue at work.)
If you can't be nice, then please don't post a response. Calling someone an
idiot is never constructive. There are plenty of people around here that
will take care of the people you have no patience for.
Thank you, all I want to do is convert a newsletter to pdf format. Sounds
like PrimoPDF might just work.

Well, there's always Acrobat Standard.

Besides Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0 (too costly), is there another
software that will convert Publisher documents to a PDF format?
Thanks for the info and the url to docu-track.com. At first I thought wanted
a basic converter and didn't think about the other features that would be
useful to have in a converter program.

I've found pdf995 to work well. It can be used for free with a "clear
conscience", but there is a very bearable nagware aspect that doesn't
particularly bother me. The resulting .pdf is not affected with
watermarks or anything, regardless.
You can remove the nag screen by paying $9.95. I've found their tech
support to be very good, even though I never registered and continue
using the free version.
