some people are not receiving my emails

i have outlook setup on my home computer, sometimes when i
send out messages some people do not receive them. It is
not always the same people so it would not be them. I have
tested this with my ISP Tech and found out that if i send
a message through outlook he does not receive it. Though i
tested it with sending him a message from another mail
reader and he received with no problems. It seems the
problem is spuratic at the most and not just one type of
email or email account. Does anyone have any Idea what is
going on, or where i can look for some help with this. It
is getting annoying and i am losing a lot of contacts
because of this!

What version?
Could you turn on diagnostic logging (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q240347) and post
the SMTP logfile after such an occurrence?

I am using outlook 2000 with windows xp home, i will look
into the logging aspect and see what comes up with that.
