Sorry, it's window sizing (maximize) again!

I open IE window, which is set to maximize and does so on opening; I then
click on another link in the window and they all consistently open not
maximized; I have read several questions/responses that the window size at
closing should be remembered, but I am not experiencing that; the original
window opens maximized but subsequent windows in the original window do not;
how can I may all windows in IE open maximized?

Recommend you post in an IE newsgroup, as this is for Office products.
