Sound or Music in Word documents or Outlook email.

I can insert music into Power Point presentation but am unable to insert
music or sounds into Word document or Outlook email.
Any ideas anybody?

Windows XP SP-2 broke the ability to insert sound and video into Word and
Wordmail. Microsoft is aware of this and is working on a fix.

After furious head scratching, AP asked:
