SP3 and Office Web Components

Since installing Office XP SP3 I have been unable to do
anything with MS Access data access pages. A page that
used to work before SP3 now displays the message:
"This page requires the Microsoft Office Web Components.
See the Microsoft Office Web site for more information."

I have tried installing, removing and re-installing Office
Web Components to no avail.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
