spell check is not working in Outlook

My spell check is working in Word 2000 but has recently stopped working in
Outlook 2002. I'm not sure what caused this problem , I need help!

Outlook 2002 uses Word for spell check and in order to use Word, its version
must be the same as that of Outlook.

Brian I have been useing both versions together for a couple of years now.
It is just recently that spell check has stopped working
