Spontaneous data entry in Excel and Word XP

Within the last few days, I have been experience spontaneous data entry in
both Word and Excel. I updated Norton Antivirus and did a full computer
scan. No viruses. Any other suggestions

As you don't say what version, OS etc, or what you mean by "spontaneous data
entry "...
Switch off Voice Recognition?
