Spot Color

If I want to prepare a newsletter to be professionally printed, I need
Publisher to create spot colors. When printing spot colors the separations
have to come out 100% of that spot color, not a CMYK mix. How do I do that?

Under menu Tools > Commercial Printing Tools > Colour Printing > select
Process colour plus spot colours

I presume you are using Publisher 2003!
