Well, guys, "formatting" covers a lot of ground. What exactly is or
isn't happening.

How are you importing the spreadsheets into PPT? Step by step, please.

Hi,

My user is creating the spreadsheet in excel and then
copies and pastes into powerpoint. We are seeing numbers,
graphs etc. being cut off. Also they format the graph to
the exact size needed and powerpoint changes the size..
outside dimensions. If you try to change the size the
fonts change.

Hi,

We have the following,
Windows 2000 pro, office 2000 sp3

I have some users that are having difficulty importing an
excel spreadsheet into a powerpoint presentation. For
some
reason the formatting does not stay the same. This seams
to happen occasionaly. Is this an office 2000 bug??

My user is creating a spreadsheet in excel and copying it
to powerpoint. Just doesn't maintane how it was formatted.
This can be graph size, actual size of spreadsheet, fonts,
lines added.
