SS printing woes

[RDL]

Hi,

Is there a specific setting or a way to print my workbook
WITHOUT the letters across the top and the row numbers
down the side? I've printed other stuff from other
computers, but I cant do it from mine..is there a default
or something?

RDL, file page setup, sheet, and uncheck row and column headings under print
