standard answers

Can someone help. I want to set up a set of standard
responses in outlook. For example if i get an order i
want to be able to just select the suitable standard
answer from a list and reply to the customer.

Is this possible? can anyone help?

Dear D,

we are using different signaturs in Outlook.

You can create different signaturse like Offer, support etc. and if you
answer to an email you can select the different signatures over the menu
"insert/sgnatures". We are using arround 10 different signatures.
