Standard Time

Has/Is anyone out there using Standard Time integrated with MS Proj? I am a
consultant and just started using it, want to know if there are any issues,
problems or suggestions to make it succesfull. As well, anyone know of any
other product that would be better to track time to a project (using pocket
pc)?
