Star Office drawings

How can I convert Star Office drawings to a Microsoft product. I am able to
easily convert the docs to Word and spreadsheets to Excel.

Export them as an image file. Word can insert most of them into a document.

I've had pretty good luck saving Star Office Impress files as PowerPoint
files and being able to use the autoshapes in PPT. That might be an option
for you if you can't find an easy way to export the drawings themselves. (I
had a quick look, but didn't come up with anything.)
