Starting Outlook from Cmd Line

When Outlook 2003 starts, by my preference, it prompts me for
whether I want to Connect to Exchange or Work Offline. Is there
a way to start Outlook so that the response to this is embedded
in the command line. Can't seem to find a switch that applies.
