Startup macro

Upon startup I want to open the General Templates folder and pause to allow the
user to select a template. Best I can do so far is to open a specific template
because the macro bar is not available when the Templates window is open.

Hi rs

Put the following line

Dialogs(wdDialogFileNew).Show

in a macro named AutoExec in a template and save that template in the file
location shown at Tools > Options > File Locaitons > StartUp.

Hope this helps.
