I want to ask is there any way to refresh my data base to reflect the
changes that made by using startup option because (if you use startup option
you must close and open the data base)

Perhaps you could be a little more specific as to exactly what you want to
achieve under "refresh my database"?

Certainly you can refresh the data you're displaying without closing and
re-opening the database.
