When I start my computer and reached the desktop, there are some programs and folders already running automatically. I need to close some of these programs and folders. My two questions are:
1. How to properly close some of these programs and folders without really affecting the computer performance?
2. Which programs and folders that I can properly close.
Thanks, - Rudy Catindig

This is not a Word question. I suggest you ask it in a Windows NG.

A Windows newsgroup. A Windows discussion group. You have posted this
throught the Microsoft Communities portal in an area that is reserved for
discussions of Microsoft Word.
