Status Manager Problems

PS 2007 w/ Infrastructure Update.

I have a project with multiple status managers on different tasks. However,
all the updates still go to the project owner. Did I miss a step somewhere?
It is my understanding that if a status manager is assigned to a task they
should receive the updates that resource applies against that task.

Yes the project has been republished.

Nate,
One thing you may need to try is to open up the plan, insert the
status manager column, and for each task, switch it to someone else
and then switch it back to the person who should be the status
manager. Publish the plan.

Not sure if this is the issue you are seeing, but this is a known
issue. If the Project owner was the original status manager on the
tasks, then it probably is. I was hoping the Infrastructure Upgrade
would resolve this, but it may still exists.
