Status reports

I am wondering if it is possible to set up a status report
that is sent to a specific group (i.e. project managers or
portfolio managers) as opposed to having to select the
idividual resources?

From memory we found that a max of two email addresses
could be used to recieve status reports (one direct one
cc?).

We had a situation where there was a large group of
people (project review group - way too large ;) ) so what
we did was create a single email alias within our mail
system that contained the email addresses of the intended
recipients.

Therefore one email address in project server = many
physical recipients.

Of course this depends on your internal mail setup

Hope is of some use

Thanks Paul, not quite the answer I'm looking for though.

Want to do it all via PWA not using e-mails. When you set
up status reports in PWA you get a box to select who they
are sent to i.e. resource A, resource B etc. What I want
is instead of having to select each resource in this box
is to say I want this report to go to people who are
managing projects (either in the project manager group or
by checking the projects in PWA and who is managing
them). The project managers would then fill in the status
reports (for each project ideally) and then these would
all go to someone on a senior management team (ideally be
able to go to several people). Not quite sure how the e-
mail idea would work for this situation and thought there
would be a way to do this in PWA.

Thanks
