stop office picture manager from comeing on at startup

How do I stop Office Picture Manager from comeing on every time I turn on my
computer.

A shortcut to it may be in your Startup folder under Start | Programs |
Startup. Remove that shortcut and it will stop loading when Windows starts
up.
