I have about 9 users running outlook 2003 and one of the 9 receives this
error message:
can't create file: filename.doc. right click the folder you want to creat
the file in, and then click properties on the shortcut menu to check your
permissions for the folder.
she receives this every time she tries to open an outside word attachment,
however if some one from inside the company sends her an attachment she is
able to open that.
no other user has problems opening the same attachments.
I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling office.
any other suggestions.
