Stuck in Out box

I have an email that is stuck in my Outlook 03 outbox...
i am using Yahoo POP to as my email service and the
email has an attachement of 13MB... when i try to delete
the email, i get a message that the email is trying to be
sent and not able to be accessed. how can i get rid of
this email? thanks

take the message and drag to deleted items, but you have to disable the send /recieve option every x second if its selected
