Hello! This is my first time creating a database and now I am lost. I have
created a form (main form has the Provider contact info) that has 5 tab pages
in it with subforms (Call Logs, Provider Info, Provider Numbers, etc). My
problem is, the information in the subforms are not showing when the main
form is open. What I want to do is:
1. Be able to see the information in each form for the main form I am on
2. Have the due date remind me on one of the forms maybe 7 or 30 days days
prior to the due date. (This will be state licenses that will need to be
renewed)
3. I have a subform page that allows you to add attachments for the
different type of documents I have listed, but when I attach one dcument the
image of that doc shows up in all the other ones too.???
Another issue I am having is, when I enter the provider info in the Provider
info subform, that one record is showing up on all of the other records on
the main form???
I hope all of this make sense. PLEASE HELP!!
