Subject-less Emails

My old email client has a feature that, when turned on, warns you before you
send an email without a subject. I can't find anything like that in Outlook
(2003). Normally, this isn't an issue for me because I put the subject in
first. However, today I sent the 2nd email without a subject since
converting to Outlook, so I may not be the only one who appreciates this
feature. Any help?
