Submit & Rest Buttons

I noticed that it's possible to change the button text for the submit and
reset buttons. Is it possible to change the function of the button. Like,
when the button is clicked, could I have it go to another page within my
publication? An answer would be much appreciated.

Well Thank You, that answers that question. Now I'm wondering, If I create a
button similar to a submit button, how can I create that affect where, when
ya slide the cursor over the button an it like glows. It has a ring of
orange. Like these buttons for posting and closing this reply window.

Those are "form" controls, so no.
You can create your own button graphic and hyperlink it to a page (or any
file) or you can select a button graphic from the Design Gallery or from
clip art.

That effect you see is a mix of your Windows XP effect settings and the IE
browser. Switch to another browser and/or OS and you'll see them
differently.
It's their rendering of the form controls.
HTML does have a plain button control, using that and the onclick event
(over-kill for a hyperlink) would most likely render the same. But that last
sentence is for advanced skillsets that know HTML and some JavaScript.
That's OT for this group.
