Suggested Name option

basically I am a big Outlook guy, and I have set the
defaut on the rule wizard and on the autocomplete/suggest
names. and everytime I shut down/start my computer I have
to type in a full email address before it can recognize
it for the next time, and many times the rule wizard need
to be reset. What can you advise???

What Outlook version are you running and have you installed the latest
version of Service Pack?
