I have a Buisness Webisite that i build in officelive. My question is this

i have a Fill-In-form page and when my client is done. How do I place a
Summit here button to email me the information that they fill in?

First, if you add such a button it's spelled "Submit". A "Summit" is a
meeting or the top of a mountain. :)

Second, you may want to post your question in the Office Live discussion
groups. Someone there may have a template you can modify:

Hey, in Texas where I grew up, it's pronounced "sum-MIT", so I completely
get that!
