Swaping from outlook express to outlook

Hi

I use an ISP and use my e-mail through that ISP and my
Outlook Express. I want to be able to use outlook.

How do I set it up if I don't have an exchange server?
I just have a home pc and want to set-up outlook as my
main mail program.
