Switching Identities

Whenever I switch Identities Outlook shuts down. When I
try and open it again no luck. I have to restart my
computer. I did find a code to enter into th "Registry"
to tell the computer not to close off connections with my
DSL connection. However this is a short term fix.
Anyone have any suggestions?
