Sync E-mail

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Email Client: pop

I have 2 macs running Entourage, 1 iphone with a mobile me account, 1 Win xp running outlook 2007. The comcast personal email pop account is a headache. If i delete something in one device I wind up deleting it in over and over in all the devices a serous pain. I would like to delete an email and not see it downloaded in the next program I open. The sync issue is not such a big deal with me but this repetitive action is. It gets very confusing. The mobile business email is fine. Is there a sync program to handles this ? Can I handle it with just email server settings ?

Switch them all to IMAP. POP just isn't easy to manage with multiple
accounts and devices.
