Sync Outlook with Outlook

Hi,
I have a laptop & Desktop computers which are connected via wireless. Is
there an easy way to sync Outlook between the two computers? At the moment,
I
am selecting to leave all messages on the server, (laptop) so I can still
access them from my desktop, its the contacts, sent mail, calendar etc
that I would like to sync.! If this is not possible can you please let me
know!
