I am relatively new to Access and have been creating a database for my sales
group. The main data entry form currently contains all pertinant customer
information, as well as several sub forms that track calls and help to drive
sales orders and product development.
I have added smart tags to the "Contact Email" addess allowing me to creat a
new outlook email directly from access. I am wondering if there is a way to
have any emails (both outgoing and incoming) that contain the contact email
address in the "to" or the "from" lines be saved as hyperlinks or as line
items to a subform within the client information form. Does anybody have any
experience doing this??
I appreciate any and all help on this. Thanks.
