Synchronize Accounts

On earlier versions of Outlook I could just click on my
hotmail account in Outlook and then click which folders i
want to synchronize. Now, I'm not sure how to do it. I
want to make it so that Outlook doesn't download the Junk
Email folder. If anyone could help I would appreciate
it. Thanks.
