Syncing Entourage calendar with iPhone 3.0

Ever since I upgrade my iPhone to 3.0 I see duplicates and triplicates
of all all-day and recurring entries. I have spent too much time with
technical support at AppleCare and Microsoft to no avail. Microsoft
Entourage version 2008 and iPhone 3.0 have a compatibility glitch.

Well you didn't tell us how you were synching...
- Exchange?
- SycnServices then iTunes?
- SyncServices then MobileMe?

Corentin has asked a good question. However, what you're describing is
a very common problem with Entourage and sync services. It happens all
the time. There are problems with Entourage and sync services and this
is just one of the messy behaviors. Scan this forum just to see how
common this problem is. In Entourage prefs/sync services, just have
one module enabled at a time e.g. calendar. This tends to avoid a lot
of the mess and is fairly reliable for sync. You'll have to switch to
another module for sync though e.g. turn off cal and turn on contacts
etc. Its cumbersome and time consuming and prone to human error but
it is the only way to avoid these sync services problems.
