Tab formatting won't save with document

I created a document that will not save any tab formatting.
I can set the tabs as I want them (I do it for the entire document) and
everything looks great. Then when I hit save, all of the tab stops disappear.

I do not have this problem with other documents.

In what file format are you saving? And what is the "Files of type" setting
in File Open?

I am saving it as a Word document.
"Files of type" is "All Word Documents."
Other system info:
MS Windows XP pro version 2002 SP1
MS Word 2002 (10.4907.6714) SP3

Check to see if there is a FileSave macro listed in Tools | Macro | Macros.
