Task and multiple dates (for reviews and milestones)

Say I have a task - build a model - And the duration is 2 weeks starting on
Oct 3

the final milestone (or finish date) is Oct 13 (2 weeks) but what if there
is a review at the end of week 1 (or Oct 7).

How could I set up the task to have a review date and a milestone date
without listing the task twice (once with a review date and duration and
another for the milestone date and duration)?

Since it is one task with 2 milestones shouldn't I be able to set it up
under one task listing?
