Task forms

I have created a new Task form. When I highlight the folder, the new form is
now the default, and it works well.

When I select new Task form, the original Task form is the default form, and
my new form is on the second tab across. I would like it to open my new form
directly. Can I hide or remove the original Task tab so that my form is the
default?
