I want to use Task Manager to track the creation of a
document as it is routed to 5 different people to work on
it. I want to be able to
1)see who has it at any given point, and
2)I'd like for two other people to be able to "see" where
it is at in the process. Is there a way to do this?
The reason I ask is that, as far as I can tell, I can only
assign it to the next person in the process. If he or she
forwards it to the next person, I cannot see who it was
forwarded to. Also, if there is a way to copy other
people on the status of where it is in the process it
would help a lot. Thank you.
