Task must finish on the same date as a predecessor

How do you link a task to complete on the same date (i.e. set as a deadline)
as another task in order to clearly show the dependency vs. a constraint
deadline date (e.g. the end date of the predecessor may shift, but that
should also generate a shift in the successor.)

Use a Finish-Finish like (FF)
For example, if the predecessor is on the row #10 : 10FF
