Task reassignement approval preview

I have a team resource "Team A" with three tasks in a schedule. As a Team
resource manager "TM1" and logged in and click "assign Task to me". all three
tasks are transferred to my MyTask page. I selected all the three tasks and
then clicked 'submit selected".

As a Project manager to approve, I opened MS project Pro. it comes with a
message for updates to review. I clicked Yes. In the preview page, update
type shows "Task Reassigment Request" but it shows also that allthree tasks
are complete and % complete is showing 100%. However, after I select the
tasks and click preview I see % complete is 0.

Is it a bug to see 100% in the first screen and then see 0% in the real
preview? Is there anyway to correct? Is it a feature(??#$%) or bug?

I am using PS 2007 with update 1

I have seen the EXACT behavior you see. I suspect it is a minor bug and
that we'll probably just need to live with the inconsistencies we see. Hope
this helps.
