You must send using Outlook Rich Text format. Right click on the addressee
and select properties. Check the box at the bottom to force Rich Text.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

"per-recipient send options could not be set. This recipient has options

Okay, let's back up and start with the most basic question. What version of
Outlook are you using?

Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.6359.6360) SP1
Part of Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003
On Windows XP Professional SP2

Other information that could be important. Whe I send a meeting request, the
person which receives the invitation can Accept/Decline/Etc.... The question
is when I do a Task Request the behaviour is as a simple mail without the
buttons, and on the side of the person who sends, the Task says "waiting for
response from recipient"

Okay - in Outlook 2003, the place to set that option is in Outlook options,
not properties. RIght click the address again, look under Outlook
Properties, and set the option there to use RTF.

Ok
I've right clicked on the address and the following message apears
"Cannot perform the requested operation. The command selected is not valid
for this recipient. To set options for this message, click Options on the
toolbar"

And I see no Option on the toolbar!
