TASK_WINPROJ_UNIQUE_ID in an Add-in

So I've ported by tool for exporting project server data to a project
add-in to remove the need for Project Server. But I'm having a hard
time finding the TASK_WINPROJ_UNIQUE_ID value in the
Microsoft.Office.Interop.MSProject.Project or any of the various
supporting classes. Can someone point me in the right direction.
